Exchange & Returns

At Gladies Boutique – Muteyaar-e-Khaas, we take pride in offering premium ethnicwear crafted with care and quality. While every suit is made to perfection, we understand that sometimes you may need an exchange or return. Our policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

1. Eligibility for Exchange & Returns

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Request for exchange/return must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Custom-stitched, altered, or discounted/sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

2. Exchange Policy

  • You may exchange a product for:

    • A different size

    • A different color

    • A different design of equal or higher value

  • If the new product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. How to Request Exchange/Return

5. Damaged / Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting pictures/videos.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as per your preference (subject to stock availability).

6. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-stitched or made-to-measure outfits

  • Altered garments

  • Discounted / Clearance / Sale items

7. International Orders

  • Exchanges & returns are accepted only if the product is defective or wrongly delivered.

  • International customers must bear the cost of return shipping.
