  • We specialize in handcrafted ethnic wear, designer embroidery, custom tailoring, and unstitched suits.
  • Each product is created with utmost care; however, slight variations in color, embroidery, or fabric texture may occur due to lighting or handwork nature.
  • Product availability is subject to stock.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or in-store.
  • Full payment must be made at checkout (online) or as mutually agreed (custom orders).
  • We accept UPI, Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, and Cash in store.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic orders within India are delivered in 5–10 business days (unless it’s a custom order).
  • International shipping timelines may vary depending on courier and customs.
  • Gladies Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Due to the customized and hand-crafted nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective.
  • Exchange may be allowed in case of size issues within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.
  • Cancellation of an order is only possible within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order goes into processing.

6. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Applicable GST and other taxes will be charged at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, designs, and logos on www.gladies.in are the intellectual property of Gladies Fashion.
  • Copying, reproducing, or misusing our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
