1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customized, altered, or sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are issued only if the product is defective or wrongly delivered.

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

  • You may exchange your product for a different size, design, or another product of equal value.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-stitched suits

  • Made-to-measure outfits

  • Altered garments

  • Discounted or clearance sale items

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please share pictures/videos with us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

7. International Orders

  • Currently, refunds/exchanges for international orders are limited to defective/wrongly delivered products only.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges from outside India.
